Newcastle and Fulham await as fixtures are announced

United will start the new season with a home match against Newcastle before travelling to Fulham a week later.

The 2010/11 season fixtures were released this morning.
Manchester City away will be on November 10, while the trip to Liverpool will be on March 5.

A journey to Blackpool awaits on December 4 and the crunch match at Chelsea is on December 18.

However, fans should not make any plans based on these fixtures.
Around about July 9, Sky and ESPN will announce which games will be screened live, covering the period August to the end of November.

In the meantime, it’s worth keeping an eye on the Seatwave website.

Last season, Fulham put ‘neutral end’ tickets for the United match on open sale 35 days before the game.
It allowed reds get tickets in the Putney End – the same end as the away end – and there is gap between the two.

For last season’s game, Seatwave sold tickets for face value (£49), plus an £8 recorded delivery charge and £16.90 commission per transaction.
